Frame Tubing:
Using both the Filament Winding and Roll-Wrapping processes, MQC builds more bicycle frame tubing than any other company in the world. We have built our reputation for high quality and perfection around our bicycle business. MQC has been supplying the best carbon fiber bicycle frame tubing for one of the world's largest frame builder for many, many years now. If you are riding or have even seen a carbon fiber bicycle, chances are you've seen our tubing. Some of our current customers include Calfee Design, Parlee Cycles, Serotta and Seven Cycles.
Wheels:
Recently MQC began producing carbon fiber bicycle wheels and then formed a partnership with Reynolds Composites, a very well respected name in the business. Reynolds markets and sells one of the world's best carbon fiber wheels made by MQC. MQC is also fast becoming known as the premier original equipment (O.E.) supplier of carbon fiber bicycle rims in the world supplying many of the other best names in the industry. Through a proprietary process unique to the cycling world, MQC molds rims in a single continuous piece using intense heat and pressure. The result is the lightest, strongest carbon fiber bicycle rim in the world today!
Components:
Over the years, MQC has produced many different carbon fiber bicycle components. Some examples include road forks, MTB shock brake stiffeners, MTB shock leg inner and outer tubes, MTB handlebars, seat post tubes, and road fork steerer tubes. Additional potential products include road handlebars, aero handlebars, cranks, shock springs, etc.
